Clans in Search For The Needle: joining and checking rewards

Compare Clan entry conditions, confirm membership, and check quest or chest rewards. Read each group’s requirements and the rules shown on its own panel.

On the Page

Open Clan in the lobby to join a group or create your own. Members work on quests, earn Clan Tokens, and build toward weekly chests. Those chests can give Gems, hats, and skins. Choose a Clan whose activity requirements fit your play time, then confirm your membership before working on its tasks.

Choose between joining and creating

Joining an existing Clan lets you contribute to a group that already has members. Creating one means starting your own group and finding people to work on its quests. Compare the creation offer with the Clan you could join before spending currency.

Use the official community's search-for-clan channel to look for recruitment posts. Public groups can advertise a name to search for; invitation-only groups often ask you to message their recruiter. Some public groups also require a message before joining so the owner knows who you are. Follow that group's instructions, then return to the in-game Clan menu to complete joining.

Compare Wins and class requirements with your own progress. Recruitment ranges from casual groups accepting new players to groups asking for high Wins or specific classes. A requirement in one advertisement belongs to that Clan. Look for another group when its conditions don't fit you.

Check the activity rules as well. Some owners require daily quests and remove members who stop contributing Tokens. Ask how much activity they expect if the post only says "be active." Joining a group you can keep up with is more useful than choosing one by rank alone.

Confirm membership and choose a task

If joining sends a request, wait for acceptance. An invitation or a message to a recruiter is only part of joining; check the membership information the game provides afterward. If a member list is available, make sure your name appears there.

After creating a Clan, check the identity or ownership information the menu provides before recruiting other players. Use the confirmed Clan name or tag when telling them how to find your group.

Open its available Quests and note the objective, progress, reward, and time limit of the task you intend to work on. Check whether its progress belongs to you or the whole Clan, then compare the same counter after playing.

When the objective reaches its target, check the completion state. If it provides a claim control, use it and check the total for the named reward. For a Token reward, compare the corresponding Clan Token count before and after the action. A Gem pickup during a run doesn't show that the task paid its Tokens.

Win one game with a Clan member

One Clan quest asks you to win one game with a Clan member. Arrange a run with somebody from your own Clan when this objective is active. Confirm that you're both members before starting; joining a public team with unrelated players doesn't establish the task's Clan-member condition.

Contact a member through your group's usual chat and agree when to play. Confirm which player you'll meet in the game, especially when their community display name differs from the name you see in Roblox. Choose a chapter and difficulty that meet the active quest's conditions and that your group can finish. Complete the run together.

After the win, check this specific quest's progress or completion state. Your general Wins total and the Clan quest are different checks: gaining a Win tells you the run ended successfully, while the task's counter tells you whether it counted toward this objective. If the task remains incomplete, check the stated teammate requirement and your memberships before repeating the run.

The 10-million-Hay quest

The September 20, 2026 Clan update included a shared objective to collect 10 million Hay for five extra chests. That bonus was added to the weekly chest reward. Follow your active task's displayed target and reward if they differ.

For that 10-million-Hay objective, check the Clan's task progress before grinding. At 4 million out of 10 million, the group still needs 6 million Hay. A large lifetime Hay total on your account doesn't tell you whether this particular objective is complete.

Coordinate with the other members while the task is active. Tell them how much Hay remains and when you'll play. If your play session doesn't advance the task, check its active period and contribution conditions before continuing.

Understand the weekly chest count

The Clan's members receive the same weekly chest count. That count depends on the Clan Tokens everybody earns from quests throughout the week. Track the whole Clan's total when checking this reward; your personal contribution isn't a separate weekly chest allowance.

Check the weekly countdown before expecting the payout. The September 20 quest rewards were intended for weekly claiming. Immediate chest payouts on finishing the Hay quest were a launch bug, so an early video showing instant chests doesn't describe the intended weekly schedule.

Distinguish a chest reward preview from a chest you already own. When the weekly reward becomes available, use a claim control if the menu presents one, then check whether your available chest count increases. Open a chest only after the menu confirms you have one and provides an opening control.

Check what you got from a chest

Chests can give Gems or cosmetic items such as hats and skins. The number of chests earned doesn't guarantee a particular item, and several openings can give Gems instead of the cosmetic you're hoping for.

GemsCompare your Gem balance with its value before the opening.
A hat or other cosmeticFind the named item in the relevant collection and read any effect shown on its description.
A skinCheck its description and where it can be equipped before treating it as an extra usable tool.

Read an item's stated effect before changing your setup. A hat's appearance doesn't tell you its stat bonus, and a tool-shaped skin doesn't by itself tell you whether you now own another gameplay tool. For pet accessories, continue with the Pets and Index guide.

Before switching Clans

Confirm how to join the new group before leaving your current one. Leaving can put your account on a cooldown that blocks joining another Clan. Wait for the timer shown on your account to end; don't assume switching will be immediate.

Check your weekly reward and claim state before leaving, too. If a reward is still pending, check any leaving warning or eligibility rule the game provides before changing groups. Contributing to a task doesn't confirm that its pending reward will follow you to another Clan.

FAQ

Must every Clan member meet the same Wins or class requirement?

A recruitment post's Wins, class, or activity requirements belong to that Clan. Read the particular team's conditions and check whether its play times and farming goal fit yours. Use the recruiting or looking-for-group channels to find a suitable team; being in a Clan alone does not guarantee a fast group.

Check Clan membership and recruitment.

Does each Clan member receive a different number of weekly chests?

The Clan's members receive the same chest count. That count depends on the Tokens the whole Clan earns from quests throughout the week, rather than only your personal contribution. Check the Clan's weekly progress and claim state to see the current reward.

The September 20, 2026 quest rewards were intended for weekly claiming. Immediate chest payouts on completing a quest were a bug, so check the weekly claim state before expecting that old payout.

Follow Clan quests and weekly rewards.

Why can't I join another Clan after leaving one?

If the Clan menu shows a cooldown, wait until its timer ends before joining another Clan. Read the remaining time on your own account; leaving a Clan does not necessarily let you switch immediately.

Check Clan membership and join state.
