Point to the part that needs checking
Include the full guide URL and its heading, step number, or exact sentence. If a step didn't work, describe what you did and the message or result you saw. Add your device, chapter, game mode, and the date you tried it when those details help explain the difference.

Some answers vary between runs. In Normal Basement, for example, crystal counts and keypad digits can change. A different number from the one in a video doesn't mean the guide is wrong. The Chapter 2 puzzle guide explains how to use your room's clues. If the instructions still leave you stuck, you can report the step you couldn't follow.
Attach a screenshot when it helps
A screenshot is useful for a mismatched button label, an error message, or a result that differs from the guide. Keep the relevant text or game area visible and readable. Crop out unrelated account details.
For a spelling mistake, the page URL and quoted words are usually enough. If a problem appears only after several actions, describe that sequence alongside the screenshot so the starting point is clear.
